A 20-year-aged person is in jail immediately after he refused to pay out for work on his car and then defeat up the store owner when his keys weren’t returned.

Luisantos Mondragon-Bustos begun arguing with workers just right before 1:15 p.m. Tuesday at the Usa Brake and Auto Repair shop on West Clearwater Ave., Kennewick law enforcement stated.
