Man dies in a motorcycle crash in north Houston

Houston police respond to a fatal motorcycle crash on the North Freeway on April 29, 2022.
OnScene.TvA man died after a single-motorcycle crash late Thursday night in north Houston, according to police.
Officers responded around 11:47 p.m. to the junction of North Freeway and East Beltway 8 and found the man’s motorcycle on the overpass, police said.

Witnesses told investigators the man was traveling at a high rate of speed when his motorcycle hit a wall and fell from the ramp down to the feeder road, HPD added. He was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
No other vehicles were in the incident, investigators said.
