Man killed after being struck by motorcycle near Milford
An 85-year-old man was killed Friday after being struck by a motorcycle on Log Cabin Road near Milford, Delaware State Police said.

Police said K.C. Hurry parked his vehicle at his home in the 1000 block of Log Cabin Road and exited his vehicle. He was walking across the street toward his mailbox, police said, when he was hit by a 24-year-old man on a motorcycle in the center of the roadway.
Hurry was pronounced dead at the scene while the 24-year-old, who was ejected from the motorcycle, was treated for injuries at a nearby hospital, police said.
Log Cabin Road was closed for approximately three hours while the investigation was completed and the road cleared.
