MCC awarded grant from Dunning Basis to assist sophisticated automotive technologies training

Macomb Community Higher education was awarded a $35,000 grant from the Margaret Dunning Foundation to acquire superior driver aid program (ADAS) service and calibration tools. It will help extend the practical experience of Macomb’s automotive technological innovation learners with connected and automatic automobiles.

The ADAS assistance and calibration gear is applied to diagnose and restore ADAS methods these kinds of as blind location detection, cross targeted traffic alerts and adaptive cruise manage. About the Margaret Dunning Basis

The Margaret Dunning Foundation was founded by Ms. Dunning in 1997. She was born in 1910 in Redford Township and moved with her mom to Plymouth in the 1920s.
