LUBBOCK, Texas — One person was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Friday evening in the 6400 block of Quaker Avenue, according to the Lubbock Police Department.

The call came in at 8:04 p.m. The motorcycle collided with a residential fence at the listed address, according to LPD.

LPD’s Major Crash Investigation is currently on scene in the 6400 block of Quaker Avenue following a collision with injuries. Officers were called to the scene just after 8:00 pm for reports of a motorcycle collision. A male suffered serious injuries and was transported to University Medical Center via ambulance. No other vehicles were involved.

The investigation is ongoing.
